Vesperfur ("we"), operated by AELIO PTE. LTD. (Singapore), respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• The photo and pet name you upload to create your Living Painting.
• Your email and order details.
• Payment information, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic usage and analytics data, including via cookies and advertising pixels (e.g. Meta, TikTok), to measure and improve our ads.

How we use it

• To create and deliver your Living Painting.
• To fulfill and support your order, and respond to your messages.
• To measure and improve our marketing.

Your photo stays yours

We do not sell your photo, and we do not use it to train AI models. We use it only to create your artwork. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing support@vesperfur.com.

Who we share data with

We share data only with the service providers who help us operate: payment processing (Stripe), AI image generation, print-on-demand fulfillment, hosting, and advertising measurement (e.g. Meta, TikTok). We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. Email support@vesperfur.com and we'll help.

Children

Our service is not directed to children under 16.
