We want you to love your Living Painting. Our policy is simple and honest. No tricks, no fake urgency. You always see a free, watermarked preview of your pet before you pay, so you never pay for a result you haven't seen.
Digital Living Painting ($39.95)
Your digital Living Painting is a personalized artwork delivered to you immediately after purchase, together with its private AR link. Because it is a custom, made-to-order digital item, it is not returnable once delivered. But we stand behind it:
- Unlimited free revisions until you're happy with how it looks.
- If something isn't right, email us and we'll make it right, and if we can't, we'll refund you.
Framed Living Painting (coming soon)
The framed heirloom isn't for sale yet. We're finalizing print and framing quality first. You can join the list to hear when it opens; joining is free and we never charge you to reserve. When framed pieces launch:
- We don't print anything until you approve your painting.
- Every framed piece will be backed by a money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with the piece you receive, contact us within 30 days for a full refund or free replacement.
- If a piece ever arrives damaged, send us a photo and we'll replace it free of charge.
How to request a refund
Email support@vesperfur.com with your order number. We typically reply within 1–2 business days, and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Your photo
Your photo always stays yours. We never sell it or use it to train AI models, and you can ask us to delete it anytime. See our Privacy Policy.
