These terms govern your use of vesperfur.com and our products. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them. Vesperfur is operated by AELIO PTE. LTD. (UEN 202609174E), registered in Singapore.

What we offer

Vesperfur creates a personalized, AI-assisted painterly artwork of your pet, "The Living Painting", available as a digital item and (by reservation) as a framed print, with a no-app web AR experience that plays a short animation when you point your phone at the artwork.

Honest representation

Our artwork is AI-assisted painterly art. It is not hand-painted by a human artist. The "comes alive" effect is a digital animation viewed through your phone's camera. We describe our product honestly and do not make guarantees beyond those stated here and in our Refund & Return Policy.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the photo you upload. You grant us a limited license to use that photo solely to create and deliver your order. You keep ownership of your finished artwork and may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Acceptable use

Don't upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, and don't misuse the service.

Orders, pricing & refunds

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Framed pieces are currently offered by reservation with honest delivery estimates. Refunds and the money-back guarantee are covered in our Refund & Return Policy.

Intellectual property

The Vesperfur name, logo, and brand are our property. Your finished artwork is yours to keep and share for personal use.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
